Dear Researchers,

We are delighted to extend an invitation to you for the 18th International Computer and Instructional Technologies Symposium, which is to be held in Ankara on 18-19 September 2025. This event is being organized in cooperation with Çankaya University and Gazi University. The overarching theme of this year's symposium is 'Sustainability in Educational Technologies'. The effective use of technology in education, and the sustainability of this use, are of paramount importance in shaping the education systems of the future.

The theme of Sustainability in Educational Technologies covers the planning of technological innovations by taking into account not only today's needs but also the needs of the future. In this context, the environmental, economic and social impacts of digitalization on education are addressed, and ways to create long-term and permanent solutions in education are explored. Sustainability in Educational Technologies has a wide scope from innovative practices that support environmental sustainability to social dimensions such as digital equity and accessibility. With this perspective, it is aimed to reveal different openings in both theoretical and practical dimensions.

The symposium will feature invited speakers, panel discussions, workshops and presentations, to bring together academics, researchers, teachers, sector experts and students with a commitment to the field of educational technologies. This gathering is to facilitate the exchange of knowledge and experiences, the development of common solutions and the establishment of new collaborations.
