Submit Abstract

Submission steps

1) Register and log in with e-Government (e-Devlet)

2) Follow the steps "Applications > Active Applications" and click on "ICITS 2025".

3) Complete the abstract submission process by filling out the form in the language you want to present (Turkish & English).

4) You can track the status of your application by following the steps "Applications > My Active Applications".

5) For notifications whose application status is "Ödeme Bekleniyor / Awaiting Payment", you can make the payment according to the account information on the "Registration and Payment" page. Do not forget to send your receipt to icits2025@gazi.edu.tr.
