- Each registered author may present a maximum of 2 papers.
- In multi-author papers, if co-authors wish to attend the symposium in person and benefit from conference facilities, they must register as listeners. Co-authors of multi-author papers may attend virtual sessions free of charge.
- Teachers and students wishing to benefit from the discounted fees must send a copy of their official staff/student ID to the conference email address: icits2025@gazi.edu.tr.
